Meet Michelle and Alan

Spacious Skies Land & Investments is a family business. We founded it as a way to help landowners sell their unwanted vacant, bare, and/or raw land. Relationships are important to us. We like creating great relationships that make selling land easy for our customers. We’re here to help!

We like to create a win-win situation for both you and us. If you have land that is too much trouble to deal with, we know how to take on that trouble and make it easy for you. We’re expert with title issues, inheritance issues, zoning and survey issues, tax issues, access issues, and state and county regulations. If an issue comes up, we work in it like dogs on a bone to find a solution and to keep you from having to worry about it.

Michelle brings to our business years of experience as a teacher and coach, and Alan comes from a technology and data background. We launched this business to be of service to people by making their lives easier.

Spacious Skies Land & Investments is based in Connecticut, however, we currently buy, hold, develop, and sell properties throughout the country.

At the end of the day, our mission is to help put vacant land into peoples’ hands who are able to use them for their best and highest use. Working with both landowners and land buyers every day, we love to help you as the landowner turn your unwanted land into cash that you can put to better use elsewhere.
